Users can also troubleshoot and solve issues themselves using an app, granting far greater control on managing their own broadband performance.
According to MTN Nigeria’s Chief Technical Officer, Mohammed Rufai, PremiumWi-Fi deployment delivers a superior user experience using a range of new technologies. This is increasingly important giving the sustained rise in smart home devices and services such as video streaming and online gaming, which demand better home network quality.
To improve user experience overall network experience, MTN Group partnered with Huawei to launch the Autonomous Driving Network project, including various innovative practices such as target architecture design, autonomous level evaluation, and high-value use cases of autonomous networks.
In the future, MTN and Huawei will continue to innovate on network automation and intelligence, quickly deploying solutions on the live network to quickly raise user experience.
