Nigerian Superstars, Wizkid and Davido have taken home some of the major awards at the just concluded MOBO Awards 2017 that took place in Leeds at the First Direct Arena.

Wizkid won the category of Best international Act against fellow nominees which are great American artistes and legends such as JayZ, Cardi-B, Solange, Drake, SZA, DJ Khaled, Travis Scott, Migos and Kendrick Lamar… now that is the wave of a Baba Nla like he fondly calls himself and we are excited about this height of recognized international acclaim.

Next up is Davido who was nominated for the Best African Act category with other African artistes such as Maleek Berry, Eugy, Juls, Mr Eazi, Sarkodie, Tekno, Tiwa Savage, Wande Coal and Wizkid and OBO made everyone proud by coming home also with the award.
