Lagos State Mindset Re-Orientation and Employment Skills Programme

Lagos State Government in her bid to reduce the rate of unemployment among the young population in the State has co-opted 1st CRT Management Services to plan, manage and execute a programme tagged:

”The Mindset Re-Orientation for 500 Lagos Youths”

This programme will cover the following areas:

– Why A Certificate is Not A Guarantee of Employment.
– Mind Re-Orientation? Can my mind be changed?
– What are the Benefits Of Mind Reorientation?
– What Employer/ Service Users Need.
– Essential Details For Your CV.
– Creating A Good Lasting Impression
– How to Keep A Job.
– How to Advance in A Chosen Career/Business
– Developing Your Skills to Offer Excellent Service.
– Becoming a success against all odds.

Also, on the programme for the week, is a Job Fair where participants will meet with employers and get the opportunity to start a paid internship program.

At the end of this programme, selected participants will be placed on the internship with organizations. Participants will gain both work experience and on-the-job skills, which would lead to permanent employment or acquiring new skills to start your own business.

Interested participants must be available for all the 4 days.
