The Challenge Criteria

In line with the overarching goal of preparing 100 million futures for a world of opportunity by 2030, the Lead2030 Challenge for SDG 4 seeks to support scalable youth-led solutions that:

  1. Utilize Innovative Approaches and Technology: Encourage the use of cutting-edge solutions to address educational challenges.
  2. Address Root Causes: Tackle the underlying issues contributing to educational inequality.
  3. Drive Impact and Potential to Scale: Demonstrate tangible results and the potential for broad-scale implementation.

The challenge invites participation from young individuals affiliated with social enterprises, non-profits, or community organizations, with projects based in locations where Deloitte has a presence.

Areas of Impact

The Lead2030 Challenge for SDG 4 encourages solutions that drive impact in at least one of the following areas:

  1. Skills Development and Lifelong Learning: Create opportunities for young people to acquire skills for the evolving workforce.
