WHEAT FUFU RECIPE
Wheat meal is a dish prepared as a form of "Swallow" in Nigeria.
Recipe for one servings
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 cups Wheat meal
- 1litre Water
What you do
Boil the water in a small pot Add the wheal flour Into the pot, Stir in the wheat flour with a wooden spatula/turning stick( in one direction either clockwise or anticlockwise so as to avoid lumps). Do so untill is hard
Add the little hot water into the wheat in the pot then cover and leave to cook for about 5mins till the water evaporates.
Turn once more and mould into any shape
Serve hot as a form of swallow with any Nigerian soup
