Recipe for one servings
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 cup starch
- 1/2 cup of lukewarm water
- 1.5 teaspoons palm oil
What you do
Add water to it inside shallow pot and melt the starch with your hands until it disintegrates and forms part of the liquid and making sure there are no hardened residues.
Add the palm oil to the pot and mix nicely with a turning stick, mixed vigorously to form a stiff elastic dough without lumps.
Continue mixing the starch. Flip it over every two minutes until the starch turn yellow and is properly cooked.
