- 2 Cups of Tuwo Shinkafa
- Hot water
What you do
Tuwo shinkafa is made from local rice and sometimes rice flour.
Usually, the rice is boiled till soft and then mashed till smooth in the pot, you can mix it with corn flour.
Turn once more and mould into any shape
It is usually served with Northern Nigerian soups such as Miyan Kuka or Miyan Taushe .
