Class Structure: The course is a structured fix to organisations immediate and future challenges. It’s a two day intensive class (also available online) with case studies, simulations, role play and assignments. It will be ideal for management team to get on this course together for knowledge integration and application. Each class is treated with a management case study to drive the applicability of the concept though within each participant.
The primary objectives of this course are to:
