To foster economic growth and provide a platform for businesses to thrive, Providus Bank has announced its upcoming event, The Hive, where it aims to connect 150 Nigerian businesses.
The event, scheduled for March 30 to April 1, 2024 in Lagos is primarily targeted at entrepreneurs and businesses in various sectors including food, drinks, fashion, wellness, and fostering community engagement.
The Head of Brand and Corporate Communications for Providus Bank, Dafe Ivwurie emphasized the economic benefits of The Hive, stating, “Our major purpose is to help businesses prosper. We are giving over 150 Nigerian businesses a free platform to showcase their businesses to the world. This would create an opportunity for exhibitors to interact directly with patrons, leading to increased sales and economic activity.”
Additionally, The Hive will feature exclusive Master classes where attendees can learn from industry experts, while there would be top musicians and DJs across three days, creating a vibrant atmosphere for attendees.
The Project Manager of The Hive, Ayoyinka Falade, on her part noted that through its all inclusive approach, Providus Bank has made participation in The Hive free for businesses, ensuring a level playing field for all exhibitors.
She added that “The selection process for participating businesses prioritized uniqueness and diversity across various industries.”
Falade ex pressed optimism about the future editions of the Hive. “This is the first one, and we hope to do this for many, many more years to come,” she affirmed.
